Setup
To setup your voicemail simply dial 555
The default voicemail PIN is 0000 - we highly recommend you change this to a different PIN at the earliest opportunity
Please also remember not to withold your number for the setup process, the network needs to know who you are for this process.
When will my calls go to voicemail?
Calls go to voicemail when you are either out of signal, the phone is turned off or if the phone is unanswered. More on this a bit further down as these can be controlled and are known as 'Diverts'
How much will it cost to call my voicemail?
All calls to voicemail are billed at 20p per minute.
How can I record a personal voicemail greeting?
To record a personal greeting, please dial 555 from your IQ Mobile SIM and then follow the prompts from the automated menu
How can I save my voicemail messages?
Once you've listened to your message you'll be prompted to either repeat, delete or save it. Simply select the appropriate button on your device's keypad
Can I turn off my voicemail?
Yes, you can do this by calling customer services or contacting us on live chat. If you turn your voicemail off, nobody will be able to leave you a voicemail. If someone calls you, your phone will keep ringing until you pick it up or the call ends. It can take up to 24 hours from requesting it with customer services for the voicemail to be switched off
Diverts
As described above, these are the times and conditions when a call will be sent to your voicemail. They are known as conditional diverts and can be set by the phone. The menus you press to get here will vary, but in general terms these are normally found in the call settings menus and will be called call forwarding or call diverting menus. Where you can choose the busy, unreachable menus and set them to on. If it asks you for a number to divert to it is: +447870020555
